I have done pest control at my home and at business place with Mr. Mitul Patel. He is very genuine. His work is very good. He provide quick services. He has solution for all your problem regarding insect/termite/cockroach. He is updated with all latest invention in this field. I appreciate his work and his effort for customer satisfaction.

Not so professional. No sence on how to communicate with customer on call. Every time I call, picked up by employee and he hung up on me twice while I was talking. They did a pest control and some holes where not sealed, i requested to come back and complete the job. Its been 4 days, no one is picking up the call, if they pick up, don't know how to talk with customer. How I can rely on their 3 yrs warranty? If they are not responsive enough for the after sale service. I was fooled by owner commitment while choosing them over other pest control.
