After reviewing few videos of @HomeTriangle . I have opted service for my LG TV repair with Home Triangle. They arranged a technician and after check-up he asked there motherboard need to be replaced and cost estimate 4500 + service charge. I agreed to that and paid advance 4200. After a week follow-up got update from technician that as model is old motherboard not available and he needs to take TV and try to fit with New model motherboard. But I told let's cancel as I was not sure it will work so not worth to spent further and asked to cancel and after deducting service and visiting charge refund the amount. But here my ticket was cancelled without any refund. Post that after a week follow-up finally HomeTriangle team connected and issue was sorted. Thanks for sorting my issue post a week. I would appreciate if customer grievance will be sorted more pro-actively and at least provide update in case things delayed so customer will be alligned. Thanks!

Worst app with no support. For cctv installation first they quoted 249 but once job is done technician updated the quotation to 905. Heheheh such a fraud app. This is even double the amount what urban ie quoting. Hope you don't deduct commission for this order as this is cancelled. Pity on technician and people working with this app Don't trust this app

We had booked plumber consultation with Vinith on 8th Nov, he claims to be knowing both electrical and plumbing promised us saying he will lift the water tank on rooftop getting his team in 2 days, after 2 days again committed to do another 2 days and now it's more than more than 10 days not picking call and not responding to messages. We could have atleast reached out to someone else and get our work done if he promptly denied on the first day. Please value customer time and trust on you and Home Triangle and be professional with clients.

Horrible service. This is regarding the order number 8155705 The person did not complete the service and mentioned he will come back but took full payment and cheated. The customer care number also doesn't work. They aren't even bothered to take care of customers concer. I even wrote a mail but didn't get any response. Pathetic. Home Triangle is a scam . It's best we stick to Urban Company.

Super convenient platform for all home services! I used their carpenter and sofa repair service along with cctv camera installation, and the team did a perfect job. They also offer reliable tv installation, fan repair, chimney repair, and bathroom cleaning. Overall, the best choice for water tank cleaning and kitchen cleaning too!

It's ok but the service is not as good as other compititers. Actually there is a complaint of incomplete cleaning. Then I have complainted in app. The response to my complaint was too delay. It's been 3days to callback me regarding issue later it took 5days to solve.issue has been solved but the time taken for the respond is ridiculous. Divakar who helped me out of it. He has responded to my issue.and resolved it. But if you want fast services go for other players.

Home Triangle is the worst when it comes to refunds! They are quick to take advance payment, but when the service is cancelled from their side, they never bother to refund. I have been requesting my refund for so long, but they are not picking calls or responding. When they want business, they call 10000 times to annoy you, but when it’s about returning the money for a service they didn’t provide, they completely vanish. Terrible customer service and zero professionalism! I will NEVER recommend them to anyone — they clearly don’t know how to retain customers!
