I had a very bitter experience with Neo Green. While carrying out drilling for termite treatment in my house their workers have broken the wall tiles of 2 bathrooms which were very recently constructed. The company authorised personnel is not admitting for committing such damage. Rather misbehaving with me being a senior citizen without any concern towards a senior retired person. Now I have to replace all the tiles of one side of the wall of both the bathrooms which will cost me more than double the amount I have paid. Above that the company initially issued a computer generated warranty certificate on a plain paper without company's Logo and signature. After my repeated complaint on next day company sent me the same certificate with a signature and a small logo. Their quality of workmanship is poor. White cements has been left carelessly on the floor which has become hard to remove.
