Getting a hold of service representative is an uphill task. My service was overdue. Renewed contract in February with the first service. Chasing them since June and finally got it done in November. Imagine that! The service technicians are great. Today, D. Mohan was the technician and he did a fantastic job patiently checking and spraying all areas. If only the people scheduling showed more responsibility, it would be very much appreciated.

I have been a HiCare customer for years, but the recent service by technician Mr. Muralikrishnan was the best one yet. He reached exactly on time and was very detailed in his work. He carefully cleaned the old gel first and even covered the extra spots outside the house when I requested. Very happy with his polite behavior and thorough service.
