Poor quality of service , The chemical liquid is helps only one year next year pests are started coming. Pls don’t go this company. Poor quality poor Services’s .Within in the next year issue occurring, I was follow up more than 2 months still they are not vistited , every time false statement they providing.

I called R K Pest control to control cockroach in my home . Price was reasonable and they came as per the agreed time(Jan 17,2023). But pest control activity was done only at Kitchen(Rest of the rooms weren't covered). Right after a month, I started seeing cockroaches in all my rooms including Kitchen. I have been calling him for the past 1 and half month, He said he will send person to check and take care of it. But till now they haven't visited again. After a certain time, he stopped responding to my calls. I will not recommend them for their poor service and response.

We had two rats in the kitchen. So the person sent a guy who would deal with the situation. The guy came and checked the kitchen and asked me for a 'masala vada'. I went out and bought it and he applied poison to it and put it on a mouse glue pad. We eventually caught one rat and he did the same set up for another rat, which is yet to be caught. He sprayed some liquid in the corners. That's it. He charged me 1400! When asked he said his visit alone is 1000 and for two pads it is 200 and 200 for that liquid. He also said it was his 3rd house for the day. That's how these guys are earning, looting us! Can you believe this nonsense!? And I had give 1400. When I shared the GPay bill with the business owner, he said the service guy never mentioned him that he sold us the mouse pads. Soon after that, the service guy called me and asked not to reveal that I paid him 1400. Instead he pleaded to tell the business owner that I only gave him 1000 and offered a free rat service next time. I will not tell you what to decide. But, I've given you a fair idea of their ethics.
