We did cockroach control 5 days back. We see a lot of small cockroaches all around the kitchen still. Not satisfactory

Such a poor customer care experience and no one responds to calls and takes an effort to solve the customers issue.

Recently we had the 2nd pest control treatment, and I have observed that it is absolutely ineffective for the German cockroach breed we see today. It really worked well with the normal type cockroaches a few years back but here this breed comfortably run over the sprayed areas even immediately after the treatment. It’s high time u find a more effective agent for this resistant breed. Though ur customer care is excellent, but pest treatment is ineffective.

We were using their service for last year and the Pest issue was brought down to almost nil. After renewal of the services for another year, we had the spraying done, but the service seemed to be too fast. Our 3BHK apartment was done in 15 mins. Now after 1 week of service, we are having issues of having ants. Also the guys who came for service went to our neighbour and are doing a much better service for just 1000 rs per call.. Theirs is a 2 storey 3000sq ft house. For us is 4800/Yr and 3 times they would come for re-application of the chemical.

I am doing pest control for almost last 10 years with Hicare and I am very happy the service. Even if one has allergy problems, they can take Hicare pest control. There won't be any problem. Thank you Hicare.

They were referred to me by Asian paints. The sales person came and was told fhat house needs to be insect free. He suggested securing termite and everything shall be taken care. He was very keen on getting referred for pest control of common area for the complex. I very clearly told jim that since house is under remotvation 1 - 2 additonal services might be required for termite while cockraoch and other services can be taken up later and the same was agreed. There were some intial challemges with service however talking to area sales manager and operations mamager for south did some improvement. For last 6 months we are observing some.incests in one of our bathroom which is being attended by the HiCare team however the solution is not permanent. They sent someone who tells us that these are drain flies and shall go after pourig boiling water and some insecticide that they will come with. Still waiting on the same. For approx two months family members are complaining something biting them while sleeping overnight intermittently. We were promised by area sales manager about this being taken care however we did not get any service. When we shared the picture and vidoes, attached here also, they came back saying that these are bed bigs and later told us we have not taken a package. Upon pushing I was asked to speak to operations manager who promised on 3rd jan 2023 taking care of this irrespective the package and call back within an hour. This one hour has not happend until time of this post. My calls are not picked up by him and very vauge response on whatsapp like i have spoken to my team but no update on when the resolution shall happen if at all. Spoken to area sales manager yet again today and while he politely told me talking to operations manager he was very clear that we have not bought bed bugs package and his sales person has done nothing wrong. I have raised this with HiCare customer care requesting for senior exective level call not sure if it shall happen. The unresponsiveness from operations manaher and adament approach of sales manager presumably makes it very clear of the not getting attended. I am also given a go ahead by area sales manager to explore social and other channels to highlight my concerm hence 1st step is google review. Attached are couple of picture for your views. This post is in interest of every retail, small customers, who are promised the world while selling maybe with view to get larger business, which when not happening, contracts getting to fore on what was signed on paper.
