The King Pest Management(pest controller)

Very disappointed with The King Pest service I booked an appointment for 10 AM today, but no one showed up until 12 PM. They gave a poor excuse saying there was an "emergency." We woke up early, got everything ready, and waited—but it was all a waste of time. There was zero commitment or respect for our schedule. This is not professional at all. I do not recommend this service

I had used their ant and cockroach pest control services in May 2025, but the ants still kept coming right after the 3rd day the service. When I asked them to send someone for a follow-up service (with videos attached a proof) they initially did not respond and then said that the spray does not work a 100%. I have had a hi-care subscription last year and the ants would not come at all and if they did in the first 15 days of the service they would do a free complain service to make sure the issue is sorted. So it's not like I have not gotten pest control services it that past. Nevertheless, I had a very bad experience and hence I would never book them again for their services.

Had their cockroach extermination service yesterday. It was a Sunday and I requested a same day service. They immediately responded and came in the evening. Really appreciate it. They have given a 3-4 months warranty. Will update regarding the efficacy of their work soon..

I recently used their service at my home and, unfortunately, the experience was less than satisfactory. Firstly, I was quite disappointed to discover that they misrepresented the square footage of my house. This dishonesty raises questions about the integrity of their service. Additionally, while they did move items to apply the pest control liquid, they failed to move them back, including some very heavy objects. This lack of thoroughness is unacceptable and caused unnecessary inconvenience. Another major issue was the incomplete service on wooden areas. Some sections of the wooden work were left untreated, which could lead to further pest problems in the future. One of the most troubling aspects was their procedure after drilling. Instead of removing the dust before applying the pest control liquid, they poured the liquid over the dust. This not only reduces the effectiveness of the treatment but also left us with a significant amount of cleaning to do after they left. Overall, the service from was subpar and created more problems than it solved. I don't recommend their services for others based on this experience.

Good Company Their technicians were well-prepared, wearing proper protective gear and equipped with advanced tools and treatments. It was clear that they were highly trained and experienced in dealing with pest control issues. Now we don't even have a pest problem in our office thank you so much for amazing service
