I came to know about them from google. Seeing their 5star rating I wanted to contact them for termite treatment. Which I regret as they deserve not even 1star. When I had called them for booking, their response was delayed. The person who came to visit our house to give an estimate came after we kept on calling him repeatedly, even though he had given a time. The talking was done, advance was given and slot was fixed for day after morning 7. I’m staying outside and had come for work to dehradun. Had chosen this slot as Im not available during day time. I had confirmed from him if he needs a reminder to which he had refused. But again this person and his team didn’t show up. I called him at 9 just to hear that "sir koi phone karke halla karne lage the jinka 1baje ka slot tha to maine waha pehle bhej dia" Now since Im leaving tomorrow, I don’t know whether my work will be done or not. Had I known this I would have booked someone else to do the job for me. Time was crucial for me and I’d informed the same, however by the company’s side they showed- Lack of professional attitude Lack of punctuality Lack of accountability Negative attitude Difficulty in working as a team
