Hotel rooms is very very very bad. But this 2 stars are for their cooperative staff. They changed my dirty blankets and pillows 3-4 times, but each blankets and pillows were having dirty spots over them. If they can work on their room and cleanliness, then I would definitely give them 4 stars.
I have done Cockroach treatment in my house but not even a single cockroach was dead, Money is waste. You can do much better treatment with your own.
As their name suggests, they are really pest warriors. They find the location of pests and try finish the source of them. Glad to take a service from them.
