Dear Sir /Madame I am compelled to write this email after weeks of frustration, unreturned calls, and shockingly poor service from your Delhi (Azadpur) team. Despite being a long-standing customer of yours and having reached out multiple times over the last two months, my complaints regarding termite treatment and AMC renewal remain completely ignored. I have spoken personally to your managers in Azadpur and your service staff, but the outcome is always the same – false assurances, zero action, and total indifference. This isn’t just inefficiency; it’s outright negligence. Frankly, the kind of unprofessionalism displayed by your Delhi system is shameful. You leave customers helpless, forcing them to chase endlessly for even the most basic services that they have already paid for. This is not just poor customer service – it is a complete collapse of responsibility. Do you realize the seriousness of this? I have an 8-year-old child at home, and yet your team has shown no urgency whatsoever in addressing a termite issue that directly impacts health and safety. That is beyond careless – it is disgraceful. I expected accountability and professionalism from a company of your standing. Instead, what I have experienced is: Repeated false promises of callbacks that never happen Zero ownership from managers and service staff Complete disregard for the customer’s time, money, and safety This email is not just a complaint – it is a statement of how badly your Delhi operations are failing your customers. I demand immediate action on my pending termite treatment and AMC renewal, along with a written explanation as to why such pathetic negligence has been allowed to continue. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it formally to higher authorities, consumer forums, and share my experience publicly. It is high time your Delhi team takes responsibility and stops insulting loyal customers with such third-rate service. I expect a response within 48 hours.
I ordered a twin pack of two machines on 26.3.25 paying Rs 1649/- online which was delivered on 1.4.25. Both the machines are defective and not working. Immediately made complaint on email as well as on whatsapp number provided but the issue is still unresolved. Complaint is acknowledged and their Customer care representative is helpless. Company person called twice and as per his instructions I uploaded the video of machines twice showing the insertion of battery , sprayer and fixing etc clearly indicating that the hammering of sprayer is not working. But nothing to either replacement of workable machines or removal of defective machines from my house. Earlier also 7 machines got installed a year back are USELESS having MECHANICAL FAULT and unworkable. SORRY VERY VERY Disgusting.
Have been using the product for last 2 years now and it use to be a great product but last 6-8 months the quality and service has become really bad, the company has been taken over by another company and since the then everything has gone down south. They really need to do something about it. When people from customer care call they have the excuse that the company is going under a merger that’s why things are not the same. Which obviously is of no concern to a customer. I hope this reaches the higher management and they get back on track. Till then won’t be using the product.
Pathetic Service and After Sales Experience. I bought so many products from them and 1 of them had a manufacturing defect and they refuse to replace the same; simply told me to buy a new machine. Even if there products are good but due to the Service, will never recommend them to anyone.
**Horrible Service and Unethical Practices - Avoid at All Costs** I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with the services provided by HiCare. They have shown a complete lack of professionalism, integrity, and respect for their customers, particularly senior citizens. Firstly, they sold the same dispenser machine along with the refillto my friend and me at different prices. This blatant price discrimination is unacceptable and unethical. It is clear that they are willing to exploit their customers at any cost. Moreover, since discovering this discrepancy, we have tried numerous times to contact them for resolution. However, they have shamelessly ignored all our calls. This behavior is incredibly unprofessional and demonstrates a total disregard for customer service and satisfaction. It is especially disheartening to see such treatment towards senior citizens. We trusted them to provide us with fair and honest services, but instead, we were met with deception and indifference. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and choose a company that values its customers and conducts business ethically.
After taking money for renewal of contract , no one bothers to provide service or respond to calls for scheduling the service. You can't reach them on their customer service number, machine will advise you to contact them through WhatsApp and no one will ever get back. I paid for mosquito solution for 3 months. It worked well so I continued it for another 3 months then they offered a year plan I took it. Now it's been six months, they are very hard to reach, they do not come for quarterly refilling of mosquito machines. Now I have to look for something else.
