Nirmiti pest worst customer service. I paid for yearly service 2200 rs which promises 3 service in a year.1st service happened in nov 23..then from June 24 I have been trying to call them to book pest control service but every time I called I received a comment that all their slots are booked.i being a working women can't give time during weekdays pest control. Post that I tried booking them in sept and nov 24 again ..but same answer were given as there slots are booked. When I called them today to book for my pending service the lady who picked up the call n spoke so rudely stating that my yearly subscription I over and they can't come. I have buy new subscription. I am failed to understand how come it is over when they haven't provided other 2 times service to my place. Pls be aware before falling in to their trap of 3 service.. which is not true. .. worst service ever..they just take money but no service. I am further complaining this to consumer forum. Nirmiti pest control owner.. pls don't lie only 1st service happened and then onwards no time allotment done by your so called service executive. pls Stop using people hard earned money like promising 3 service per year but only doing one service.
Worst product and very very poor service, once you pay required amount they don’t even bother to attain your call. Chemicals which are use in process are also poor quality
They are the worst. They have been pushing us for work for the last 3 months. These guys don't attend call and never respond. We had to cancel personal plans 3 times and on the day they don't show up and neither answer your calls. I would never recommend their service.
How unprofessional and insensitive can some one get when we it comes to acquiring customers! These people resort to unsolicited automated spam calling and don’t even have the courtesy to speak properly to customers when one calls back. I’d never use them even if they offer free services!

We got pest control once and still after 1 yr no problem of cockroaches. Good service keep it up
