I'm extremely disappointed with the service. Despite scheduling a technician visit for 11 AM, no one showed up, and I'm still waiting. Multiple calls went unanswered, and I'm left with no updates on when someone will arrive. The lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable. My kitchen and entire house are messy, and I need urgent assistance. Until they improve their customer service and follow through on appointments, I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

would like to share some feedback regarding the service experience. I’ve noticed that each time I need assistance, I have to follow up multiple times before receiving an update or resolution. This causes delays and makes the process inconvenient. I kindly request you to improve the response timelines so that the service can be provided proactively without the need for repeated follow-ups. I believe this will make the overall experience much smoother.

I took services for my home and their is no complaint in the quality of services. Hope they continue providing same level of services

Please don’t choose them for any of your services. Very poor service and they are very misleading. I found them through Google and asked them if they can provide me a service for bedbugs. They agreed and sent an executive the same day. He did whatever he could and took our money which also promised a next visit in 15 days to check and do the next service. It’s been almost more than a month and after giving their team 100s of calls, no one bothered to come, their female attendant who had been speaking to me until now has stopped picking up the calls and the next promised service never happened. Additionally, the service was poor because I still see bedbugs roaming near my bed area. Now, after they see my review they are threatening me that if I don’t remove the review, they won’t give me another service. Shameless people.

I have bought pest control services from Rabyx India company. I found Mr. Rajan G is very helping person. He guide me for best things to do in low budget. The parts - timely service- low cost- overall great experience- highly recommended from my side.
