I strongly advise against booking services from Best Control. Initially, they seemed fine, but after two days, they completely stopped responding. Their behavior was highly unprofessional and disappointing. It appears they are only interested in taking your money, not in providing proper service. Additionally, they issued a non-GST bill and later demanded GST separately, which is unethical. Save yourself the trouble—you will regret choosing them

They are completely fraud. Will convince you to pay about Rs.4000 for yearly package but never respond after the first service was done.We booked a service and they came but after the first service pests showed again within 3 days so we called them but they stopped taking our calls and have no response this is pathetic and they are complete FRAUD. Wish there was option of 0 stars...

Excellent service for anti termite treatment in my flat at crossing republic

I used their services in May'25 they sold a yearly package. The person came on time and did the work but in just few weeks pests showed again. No one answers the calls to fix. They are fraud. I do NOT recommend to use their services. Save your money!

I recently hired Secure India Pest Control Services for termite treatment at my house, and I must say that the service was an absolute disaster. I had high hopes for their expertise, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst experience I've ever had with a pest control company. From the very beginning, their communication was lacking. It was challenging to get a hold of them, and scheduling the service took far longer than expected. Even after setting a date, they arrived hours late without any prior notice, which disrupted my entire day. When the technicians finally started the treatment, they seemed ill-prepared and inexperienced. They didn't properly inspect the affected areas, and as a result, the termite problem persisted even after they claimed to have completed the treatment. I noticed live termites crawling around just a few days later, which was incredibly frustrating and disheartening. Moreover, their customer service was abysmal. When I reached out to express my dissatisfaction and request a follow-up inspection, they were dismissive and unresponsive. It's clear that they prioritize making quick money over providing quality service to their customers. I highly recommend avoiding Secure India Pest Control Services at all costs. Their incompetence and lack of professionalism have caused me great inconvenience and financial loss. I will be seeking the help of another reputable pest control company to rectify the issue they failed to address adequately. Please take my experience as a warning and choose a more reliable and competent pest control service for your needs.

This company is a fraud. "I had a terrible experience with SECURE INDIA PEST CONTROL. They convinced me to buy a 1-year package, promising it would solve my pest problem. After they came and sprayed, there was no improvement at all – the pests were still there. When I tried to contact them to fix the issue, they wouldn't answer my calls, and eventually, they blocked my number! Completely unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend this company to anyone." Please save yourself from this fraud.
