Totally fraud people, first they won't tell you that the solution which you're seeking requires 2 visits, then even if you agree for everything & pay them for the 1st visit, they will not listen to any of the complaints. They'll stop picking up your call. The treatment which I got for bed bugs didn't work at all. When I tried to raise this with the owner, he stopped taking my calls & disconnecting the phone. Pathetic service overall, please book from some professional pest control people & save your money.

Worst services ever. We got ghun (wood weevil) treatment. Over phone I was told to use injection and spray both but technician said that only one can be used at a time. We had no option and agreed to technician but the tratment didn't worked. We still had powder coming out, just after few days post treatment. Further when we started calling again, owner first said he will send the technician next day but didn't sent anyone for weeks even after multiple follow up. Worst is, owner stopped picking our phone later. He didn't had courtesy to admit his wrong behaviour.

It is realy fraud.after taking payment he is not giving service and not picking call.i tired from many numbers but he has blocked all numbers. Please let me know how can I get my money Rs.3000 back.

Used 2 times this service in last 2 years. Fully satisfied, professionally efficient, no complaints so far in last 2 years, I would highly recommend this for homes and office spaces as well…!!!!

Wastage of money. No use of such pest control. Chemical they use are ineffective. I have got done twice in 15 days still my problem is not solved.

Unprofessional. Forget about the warranty, they don't even provide the bill copy so that you cannot claim warranty Or cannot call the technician next time.

Had service in our saint gobain office.. people were professional and the quality of work was fantastic.
