Good job Nice service Termite treatment is good
I was dealing with Detox Pest control to have my villa done. The agreement amount was $200. When the guy came, he told me that I have to pay $50 for dusting that kills pests/insects eggs. When he asked me to fill the details on the invoice, the company name is Shieldmate Cleaning g & Pest. Since Detox Peat Control agreed with $200, I wondered why I have to pay $50 more. However I had to pay extra $50. Later I went to Googles to find out what was included in general pest service and the answered was that dusting is included. So I called Detox Pest Control and told him that I requested $50 refund since dusting is included. He said he will call Roy of the Shieldmate Cleaning & Pest and will get back to me. He did not so I called and 3 times I was put to the answering machine. A good company would do the right thing to sort out the issue customer have.
