We took general pest control services for my house. They came on time and did their service with a warranty of 1 month if at all any problem arise. Before even the month was complete we were able to see ants, lizard and spiders entering my house. I was amazed with the quality of service being provided. After I raised a complaint for the same, the lady on the phone said we will get back to you and since then no reply. This is ridiculous service from a vendor who are getting a rating of 4.7 out of 5. Till date no one from the vendor side contacted us to know what problem we are facing. They should atleast have the courtesy to respond to the problem faced by the customer. PATHETIC AFTER SALES SERVICE.....
