Worst service. Never on time. They always suggest you to go for annual AMC but they never follow up or call for AMC service, they say its customers responsibility to call & book service. But when you call & book your service appointment they say you did not call at the time we were supposed to come,you should remind us to send our men. Very worst service highly not recommended.

Experience with unicon was satisfactory . I called them one day prior on number mentioned on google maps, i asked them do i have to make any special arrangements before making pest control like removing all utensils etc from kitchen , they told me no. But when actual team of unicon came for pest control , they told me to keep out all utensils . Though this guys helped me to remove all utensils. But the guy on call would have told me this prior i would have done this before and time would have been not wasted .

After doing the pestt control, there was no effect . WHEN WE CALLED THE COMPANY , they said that their liquid was bad and they would do it again When we called them again , they denied it very arrogantly. Also , the bad liquid which was used for the pest control left stains on the windows and the walls which coudnt be removed

Took their annual plan for cockroach. They were still visible after the 1st service, complaint the guy came sprayed all over but still small one's were visible. Wouldn't recommend this.
