Title: Extremely Disappointing Service – Do Not Recommend! I recently hired Dustez Company for a deep cleaning of my home, and I am thoroughly disappointed with the entire experience. From start to finish, it was a series of letdowns. 1. Poor Communication: First of all, the communication was awful. I had to chase them multiple times just to get a confirmation of my appointment, and when the team arrived, they didn’t even have the courtesy to notify me they were running late. No one communicated properly about what was covered in the deep cleaning package, and I felt left in the dark about what to expect. 2. Unprofessional Staff: The cleaning crew was unprofessional and seemed poorly trained. They showed up with little to no cleaning equipment, and the products they used seemed ineffective. They didn’t even have basic supplies like floor cleaner, let alone any of the specialty tools promised in the service package. The staff was unorganized, unpolished, and didn’t seem to have much knowledge about deep cleaning methods. 3. Incomplete Cleaning: I paid for a "comprehensive deep clean," but it felt more like a quick wipe-down. They missed major areas like behind the furniture, inside cabinets, and baseboards. In fact, I had to ask them to re-clean a few spots that were clearly skipped over. 4. Damage to Property: To make matters worse, during the cleaning, the team managed to scratch my hardwood floors and left a few stains on my carpet. When I pointed it out, they didn’t take responsibility and seemed indifferent to the damage. 5. Overpriced and Underwhelming: For the price I paid, the service was absolutely not worth it. I could’ve done a better job myself, honestly. It felt like I was paying for a luxury service, but the results were far below even basic cleaning standards. Overall, I would strongly advise against using Duster Company for any cleaning services. This was a complete waste of time and money. Extremely disappointed, and I will never be using their services again.

Bad Experience with Dusterzz Service in Kolkata I recently booked cleaning services with Dusterzz in Kolkata, but the experience was very disappointing. They accepted my booking near the end of the scheduled time and then cancelled my appointment without a valid reason, leaving me stuck and inconvenienced. This shows a lack of professionalism and reliability in their service.
