Future pest Control

Do not fall for the fake reviews giving them good rating. It's a full fraud company. I had taken their annual contract last year for Rs. 3200 and since then I have received only 1 visit. No one calls for service and even when I call them for a service, no one visits. They have an employee by the name Sudip Kundu, who will confirm that he will come, but will never turn up. I had asked him to come on 3 different occasions on 22nd March, 31st July and 6th October. Everytime time he will ask for a proof of the contract and then will give a date but will not come. Their customer care lady, Priti Saha is also a fraud. If you write a review exposing her truth, she will start calling relentlessly to delete the review, promising a prompt service and then she will again vanish. Full fraud company. Never fall for their trap. Ideally one should lodge a police complaint against the owner of this company for duping customers and doing fraud. Their company name should be 420 Pest Control.

The company providing service at the lowest cost in Kolkata is Future Pest Control.The company does very good work as per the money it charges.We have got a lot of work done through Future Pest Control and they have done a great job and Nidhi Agarwal, her behavior is also very good.And many future technicians have a very good behavior. They speak very politely and clearly, and even if you don't understand, they explain it well.

There had been a large outburst of termites in one of my bedroom. The source was a wooden furniture. It was a kind of emergency situation so I booked paid service. The personnel came the very next day. They did the needful in the wardrobe base and the walls of the room assuring me that now there wont be any problem for atleast a year. I being novice to termites trusted them too. But the very next day I found termites were oozing out from other walls of the wardrobe. I had to call a carpenter and he said the whole wardrobe is affected. He just put a screwdriver in the ply and without applying any presure the termites were coming out from the holes. It was Sunday. When noone received the calld so I understood the office must be closed. But I sent live pictures to make them understand the situation so that somebody should come on Monday, the next day. But when my call was answered I got to know that noone will come on monday. Termites were almost flying here and there on monday. I had to break the wardrobe. I am not a professional dealing with termites. But I expected the pest control people to atleast look into the problem in depth. The whole wardrobe was affected and they just treated the base after breaking it. Why didnt they look into other walls of the wardrobe ? They could see soil at base so treated it. If they could just made holes in the whole wardrobe from inside and sprayed into the holes on day 1 itself, atleast I would not have to face the frightening situation when I broke the wardrobe. Many termites would have bee killed before breaking it. Even the carpenter was asking when the pest control people will come on Monday. I had kerosene and Pidilite terminator spray as my last option and kept on spraying on Monday. Finally the people came on Tuesday. But the critical part was over. I was told by that person that as he was on leave on Monday so he could not come. My question is does future pest control has only one staff to carry out the field works? When my pictures showed the gravity of the situation can't someone be sent till 6 pm on Monday? There is only one inference, when payment is done the service is quick, but when it comes to post payment warranty period, expect the worse.

I had a huge termite problem in my house.But the technicians at Future pest Control have done such a good job. So far, I haven't had any problems here. It's been two and a half years now.I had got it done earlier from another company but it was not so successful! Future Pest Control has done a great job at normal rates.
