I've been using this pest control service for the past 3 years and have been thoroughly satisfied with their work. They've consistently provided reliable, effective, and professional service for a variety of pest issues, including ants, termites, cockroaches, and more. From the start, the technicians have been punctual, knowledgeable, and thorough. They always take the time to explain the process and use treatments that are both safe and effective, keeping my home pest-free throughout the year. I had a bad experience with the service. The two men who came, supposedly the manager who is working and a guy they don't know about Pest control, didn't do a good job and They rushed through the job, but afterward, I still saw bed bugs around. It's not worth it. When i called them today they said we can't do anything to deal with it. I wouldn't even give them one star.

This company went from A+service to F- They are terrible! The new tech kid sprayed my furniture and cabinets with the chemicals leaving a stain residue across the bottom of everything. Same kid opened (breaking) the marked "Do not enter" zipper of our cat sanctuary in the back yard and left it open as if he had done nothing wrong. He came in with nasty dirty feet across my clean floors. Rude!!! Prior to this guy we had the most amazing service tech man,"Ruben" learned he was replaced by "younger inexperienced kids" this company has no idea what they are doing now!!! Loyalty & customer service means nothing to this company. I will not support this company going forward. I have canceled my service and recommend those I referred to this business to do the same. Hope anyone who reads this will think twice before using this company for multiple reasons.

I have used the Anti Termite Drilling Treatment service for my residence very recently. My overall feedback is, it was a very good program with a value for the money option currently available in the market. The conduct of every individual involved was very much up to the mark during the whole program and the work was done in the way it should be. Really realiable pest control firm. Fully satisfied by their work. Comparing to other firm the quality of job is exceptionally good and rate is also very fair. I recommend everyone who is in need for pest control to contact MPC as they are highly experienced in this field.Of course deserves 5 stars.
