Sivalika Associates has done Termite chemical treatment in our Building. They have done the job with reasonable price. The proprietor Dr. Iyer and the service boy was very courteous and well behaved. Hope the treatment would be effective

The technicians arrived on time, were very professional, and explained the process clearly. We haven’t seen a single cockroach since their visit. Highly recommend!

Very good service i am fully satisfied It's works

Absolutely an unprofessional and fraudster. Their service is just an eyewash. I had taken the Lizard control service on 23rd April. When I had first enquired he was very prompt and called immediately. That very same day he sent a person and he performed the necessary things at my place. Now it's not even 2 months and my whole house is again full of lizards. When I approached him on 31st May he told me he will call me the very next day but didn't. I again reminded him in between but he didn't. After patiently waiting for 11 days I called him today and he was absolutely a rogue over phone. Since I was a bit frustrated with the service it was natural of me to be irate but instead of calming me down which is the basic of any customer service he started shouting.I even have the call recording and he said he will refund. My whole point is when a person is running a business for years the basics that we expect are profesionalism, good customer service,promptness and responsibility. He lacked all. Moreover this person Mr Iyer is absolutely indecent and unprofessional. Would recommend nobody,I repeat nobody to avail their services. Will wait and see if my refund comes.
