The service was very good. I got the termite treatment done at my home in shimoga.Madhu and Sunil were the service providers. They did a diligent job, didn't waste time, didn't crib or do things in a hurry. They were proactive in suggesting areas where termites might be there as well. I am happy with their service and will definitely recommend. Thank you
Our experience has been bad with the agency. 1. There has been only a marginal reduction in cockroaches and when I called them, they said they can do nothing since I had opted for a one time service. The reason I had opted for one time service was to check on the quality of their work before going in for an AMC. Now thankful I did not get into an AMC with them. 2. They are too expensive I feel. The expense would have been worth it if the problem had been solved. So, just warning everyone to be aware before engaging with them.
Today I got the pest control done. Mr. Ramachandra Shettighar did the job quite nicely without leaving any missing corners. He was polite and reached the place well before time.

Madhu was excellent at his job. He did his job at bestest and I am very much satisfied with his service. Very good at communication and helpful too. I would like the company to send madhu during the next visit of the pest control in our house.
