I called them for termite treatment. He came, saw & gave the quotation. I was planning to do for my 2 flats. Termites were entering from above flat. They did treatment on the floor. I questioned him. He said the above flat person must do it for that. I said what have you done for my flat then. He had no answer. He just pocketed the money & went away. Very unprofessional. So his treatment has not served any purpose as my walls & floor have no termite. This i know as we have done the renovation of flat recently & we haven't seen any termites. They are coming from above. I could see few more termite colonies not treated on the outside wall also. Though they are quick in their work but they take no responsibility. Don't do it with them.
