I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the pest control service provided Despite the service, we are still experiencing an issue with cockroaches. The overall service has been very pathetic.

We have been enlisting BPC services for years now and they are very professional. Services delivered are high quality and on time always. We never have had to send them any reminders for upcoming services for our annual pest control contracts.

Not good service ,lady incharge on phone speaks good till you take their AMC and they have the policy that you have to take services on mentioned dates only and if you miss dates lady keeps arguing with you as if she is your enemy and taking revenge for missing dates . So please be careful if you are taking their services. Lady is arrogant and she said my last pest control will only be done if I take next year's AMC of their service.

Poor Services, The gel which they use is good for nothing. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their services. Also every-time, i had to call them to remind them about my service due dates.

Good service by Bhavani pest control and timely follow up by staff...All staff are Very good cooperative ... Timely and satisfied service...Excellent and very efficient service, prompt in attending complaints if any.
