AASTHA PEST CONTROL - Pest Control Service in Mumbai | Dahisar West

Horrible....I m from Thane had taken single service from Aastha Pest control Dahisar ... Since I had taken their services for last two years wanted to call them only to get rid of cockroaches... It's a horrible pest control service... It's 6 days and the cockroaches are still existing in the kitchen and bedroom areas.. after the single service was completed on payment only the person issued a bill which states on 'single service complaint visit charges of 300 rs' will be charged which they had not mentioned earlier...And the person is so rude to talk and denied to do the repeat service since i disagree paying again... Choose services wisely... These are fraud people... They don't deserve single star too

Worst pest control service ever. I took a single service to remove cockroaches, but nothing changed even after treatment. After payment, they suddenly added a ₹300 complaint visit charge which was never discussed before. The technician was very rude and refused to do repeat service. This company is misleading and untrustworthy. Do not waste your money.

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Unprofessional and Disappointing Service I had a terrible experience with Astha Pest Control Service. I booked their service and paid ₹1800 in advance for a 4-time pest control package. However, not even one complete service has been done till now. On 22nd September 2025, a technician showed up and hurriedly sprayed some liquid, saying he was in a rush and would return in 3 days to complete the gel application. It’s now mid-October, and nobody has turned up despite repeated calls and follow-ups. They keep promising, "We’ll come tomorrow," but no one ever calls or shows up. This kind of irresponsible and unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable — especially when full payment has already been made. I do not recommend Astha Pest Control to anyone. Poor service, zero accountability, and a complete waste of money.

They will request to add 5 star review but their result is zero.. don't go by starts, no result I am editing and removing 5star to one

I had take 2 services as their sales person recommended but after 2nd service still bugs are there. i am not recommening there services also they charged high amount instead of this your can go with your local pest control service. Astha pestcontrol result is not satisfactory. Think twice before take a service. Not even eligible for 1 star…

Worst experience. They are very unprofessional and there treatment in not at all effective. Useless services by Aastha Pest Control. You will not find any results if you book services from them. So i strongly suggest don't waste your money and experience by booking services from them. They will not assist you and ask more money if you are not satisfied with their services. Please consider my rating in minus.

They are very unprofessional and don't know what they are doing. Do not take their AMC services as they never available. I have been chasing them for last 2 month and every rime they give next week date and then same thing repeats. They don't want the problem to be solved. They purposely ignore customers so that they can keep getting business. I have taken their AMC for 4 service later on they denied after 2 services
