Nice work well done in first service lot of effect no cockroches found Excellent work

They are doing Fraud The service done for cockroach did not work at all. When we have paid for 4 services in a year they just came the first time to take the money and claim to provide further services on time. But I have been requesting them to come last 1 month & they just don't turn up really frustrating

I am residing at Prabhadevi Mumbai. I have made annual contract for cockroach pest control. Contract is valid till 28th Nov 2024. But now the company denied to carry out pest control in my house. There are so many cockroaches in my house but the company not supporting

They have the worst service ever. They are never on time. Their spray chemical is absolute waste of water. Cockroaches do not even go, forget being eradicated. They promise warranty for three months but don't even answer calls. Do not fall for their prices. They are REALLY BAD.

I told them that there are cockroaches in my house and they mentioned if you use our services you will see the result and they give you all the promises in the world. Once the service is done i did tell them that the cockroaches are still alive and not dead yet he said give 10 days of time and then said it shall work. I waited another ten days and still no result i called him back and told him he said sir you should have gone for higher amount pest control as that would have solved the issue wherein he said this solve your issue. When told him that you suggested and then told me will take care then he started asking for the video of the roches in the house which I sent he says thoda to rahega na sir .. and the. Asked to pay more and we will take care of the rest... I would suggest please do not take services from them their are fake and not at all helpful. They are good in making all the promises but will never belive in that.

Its really bad experience I have with your company. I just took 2 services and due to pandamic they were not sending anyone for service and told me your package will be extended and now they are telling me to pay 1500 again . Wat about my last 1500 which I took for unlimited services. Its really bad customer experience. All false promises were given. Will never ever recommend and take services from this company. Not at all customer satifaction was given.Very bad service.

I am using the services of Shabara Pest control since 2 yrs. 1st year they give nice service and 2 year it was pathetic. It is the worst company i have ever seen.. No communication amongst the staff. No quality, no punctuality, no responsiveness of the job. No value for customer. Even no manners to talk to the customer.. Consumer forum should suspend their license.
