Pecopp Pest Control Services

Very disappointed with PCI Pest Control. Took 2 services and paid in advance but both were badly managed. Despite informing everything to Mr. Nitin, the technicians weren’t guided properly and we weren’t told we’d need to leave home for hours. Second visit was even worse — no coordination, technician came late with different bottle refilled with different chemicals and a garden pump instead of proper equipment. Supervisor later brought an unsealed chemical. Whole day wasted. I’ve been a loyal Hicare customer for 18 years, but after the PCI merger, service quality and professionalism have dropped drastically. Not worth the money and extremely disappointing experience.

I have used Peacopp pest control services in the past. They have been very good. However this time when I have availed their services, it has become really bad. I am having a horrible experience with Vashi branch with a person named Pratik Kadam. He is highly unprofessional and very rude. When the pest control services at my residence were not done properly, I called them to rectify and have been getting attitude issues from them. They sent a person without letting us know that the whole kitchen needs to be emptied for their rectification. Now they are telling me we cannot provide service on weekends because we have corporate services on weekends. If you are so corporate focused, please do not take up residential assignments. I would happily give a chance to other smaller vendors who value customers. This disrespect and rudeness is highly unappreciated.

I hv been taking their services from quit a few years n I was happy with the outcome . But this time it is ridiculous..even though there were hardly few cockroaches say 5 to 6 seen everyday in my kitchen , I got the treatment done ..thinking better to do it early bfr it becomes more . But I didn't see any effect ..infact it became more . When complained to them n telling them to repeat the treatment thy said I'll hv t pay again , when it's clearly said by them if there are still cockroaches after 10 to 15 days thy will re do it again without any charge.. the female on the phone was too rude to talk . Anyways they came again n did the gel treatment.. but there is no effect ...more cockroaches have become now . Acc to me thy are using very old stalk gel ...I could mkout looking at the colour of the gel it's dark brown where as bfr the gel colour used t be just white or off white . I hv wasted my money this time n won't recommend them to anyone.

Please do not take Pecopp Pest control services pvt Limited's service as per my genuine advice. They may be having 50 years' experience but that is no reason to be casual in thier work. I took herbal cockroach treatment from Pecopp by paying a hefty sum of more than Rs. 7000 for no benefit at all They have very improperly trained technicians and their service staff cannot even assess the cockroach type and the problem qualitatively. They have provided 3 services in my house as per contract, each of which was totally USELESS . Cockroaches did not decrease even by a fractional amount. I complained on phone and with technicians who came to my house, but they just listened and said that it will be good and to have patience and that they will send an experienced technician. But nothing helped improve the situation. Now after a year, the treatment is over and as a Customer, I can vouch that I wasted money. Really sorry that Pecopp has become an in-effective and non-service minded service provider. Kindly do not waste your money by taking Pecopp's service, if you care for your money.

I was a very satisfied customer of Pecopp for past 5-6 years. However, my last experience with them was extremely disappointing and caused me a lot of agony and stress. I had booked for bed bug treatment last month. But the appointment was cancelled by them in the morning stating that one of the technician did not report to work. Then again last week for the second round of treatment, the technician did not arrive even half an hour after the appointed time. When I contacted them, I was told that the technician had an issue with his bike and he could not make it. So the service was again cancelled by them at the last moment. I was told that the appointment would be rescheduled but it's 2 days now and I haven't received any confirmation from them. I would specifically like to mention here that on both the occasions, I had taken leave from office and also made arrangements for me and my family to stay at a nearby hotel at night as after the treatment it would not be possible to use the sprayed beds till the next day. Twice during one month I wasted 2 leaves and also my advance payment for the hotel stays. This caused me a lot of anxiety and stress. The behaviour of the company was extremely unprofessional and totally unexpected. Inspite of being their regular customer for so many years, I was handed over such poor and pathetic service that I was forced to post this review. I am very much tempted to mention the name of the staff who meted out such unprofessional service to me, but I am withelding it at the moment. But I vow never to use their services again. - A highly dissatisfied and disappointed customer.

Changing my rating from 5 stars to 1 star and here is the reason. Have been using their services since long time but now their treatment is ineffective. Cockroaches don’t die instead thrive when you do the gel treatment. The gel treatment that you did at my dining table, here is what has happened. Previously there were few cockroaches roaming around at my dining table but now there are many cockroaches. Your gel treatment used to be so effective few years back that I could see dead cockroaches everywhere after the treatment but not anymore. A sincere review from a person who has been using Pecopp services since long time.

Very very dissatisfied with the cockroach pest control treatment this time. Must say the service has deteriorated big time! Have being using their service since years but this time got it done 3 months ago, and have come to know through reviews here that there are many others like me. Have seen the cockroaches growing day by day after the hopeless and useless treatment. Inspite of complaints and their regular treatments, there is no effect. I demand my money be refunded as it is because of them that I wasted our time that led to this situation.
