I have booked two visits from this company. On my first visit, they treated me like their most valued customer. However, on my second visit, I was assigned a less experienced employee who unfortunately sprayed chemicals in my dog's food bowl. And the sprayer nozzle wasn't working properly, which was very disappointing.
