I had to ask multiple times if it was safe for kids and pets, and still got vague answers. After the treatment, I was told the issue would be fully resolved within 3–4 days. But within a week, the pests were back in full force, as if nothing had been done. I called the company to complain and request a re-visit, and that’s when things got worse. They stopped answering my calls and completely ignored my messages. What’s even more frustrating is that they had promised a warranty period during which they would provide free follow-ups, but when I asked for it, they denied everything. To top it off, I later discovered that I was overcharged compared to what they quoted initially—several hidden charges were added to the final bill without explanation.
