Hicare Pest Control Services

If there was a rating below 1 star, I would have given it. I am trying to book for a service since the last 20 days and no one has bothered to acknowledge. I called up the customer service and I am told they are under migration and hence the delay.I have taken an annual maintenance contract with this company and this is the service I am being provided with. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Extremely poor service. Technicians did not turn up at the scheduled date and time. After getting in touch with service centre number of times, they finally confirmed that they will not b able to provide the services on that day and reschedule for another day. When told to cancel and reimburse the advance paid, it was informed that the same will b processed and will take at least 15 days. Unprofessional to say the least.

would rate -5. the service is prompt but zero effective. moreover it triggered different type of cockroaches after the so called treatment they did. more than 6 times they followed up the treatment but of no use. they made us empty whole kitchen the cockroaches returned very next day even Hit would function better than hicare service.

I have utterly disappointing experience with this pest control service, the treatment they provided was ineffective and completely unsatisfactory. even after paying for their services the pest persisted, what even worst when I tried calling the customer care no one response its a life long hold, The customer service is terrible. Overall its bad experience and utter waste of money, I feel i have to deal with this pest issue all over again.

Unfortunately I have a 2 year contract with them hence forced to use their service. They call 100 times to set up the schedule. They send WhatsApp msg with a scheduled time. But not even a single time have their technician reached on their scheduled time. And worse is when they send a rescheduled time through WhatsApp msg even without our confirmation. Say we entertain their technician do their service according to their convenience, he calls up a 100 times before reaching the location or after the service to collect the otp. I am waiting for my contract time to be over so that I can stop availing their poor service. I have never experienced such a poor customer service before. -1 star not even worth 1 star.

From past one I am trying to reach out to them no response and they are not coming to do their service which is pending irresponsible service please do not trust they not bother to contact or refund my amount or do their service very poor service not trusted
