Worst pest control service. About 10k spent on contract and additional service of gap closing. Multiple times I emptied out the kitchen to have it sprayed but no long term effect on cockroaches. We bought our own gel and did it ourselves. Their gel is completely ineffective no matter how many times they applied it. Full year so many times they serviced our home but no effect on cockroaches whatsoever.

I recently availed PCI Rentokil one-time 4D service, but it turned out to be a complete waste of money. When their service provider arrived, he was completely unaware of the service I had booked, exposing a serious lack of coordination and professionalism within their team. Even after the chemical pest control treatment, cockroaches were still roaming freely over the chemical water, proving that the service was completely ineffective. The execution was messy, unprofessional, and failed to deliver results. If you're looking for a reliable and effective pest control service, I strongly DO NOT recommend PCI Rentokil. Their service lacks efficiency, professionalism, and value for money. Avoid wasting your time and money!

FAKE FAKE FAKE. while i have used PCI service earlier and was happy about it, after PCI has merged with Rentokil, the service has dropped. Unfortunately i have taken an annual contract. Gold seal product used looks more like party time for the roaches instead of killing them. the infestation seen before and after the treatment just makes you wonder that the product is fake and you are just wasting your time and money. And let's not forget, you still have to go through the stress of having cockroaches at home. Do not use their service

I am using their service last 10 years, but one and half year facing lot of problem. I totally lost my trust.

Poor service, we took cockroch service, after a year the quantity is unchanged and still there. we are not looking to renew the service for second.Please beware of the faulty service.

Pathetic services...plz dnt fall into trap...they will take AMC amount from you and will forget u forever....no management no customer care will help u Worst experience ever...never suggest anyone to go for this ridiculous company

Their service is good and they follow up regularly. If the problem is not solved they will can do multiple visits
