ADVANCE PEST CONTROL SERVICES

Paid money in full for a six monthly contract, never did even a single monthly service properly. Continued to have rats/mice infestation as they never do it on time for the chemical to take effect. Sales person Sajeev words not trustable, never keeps up with what he says. No bills, no visitation documents nothing. Very disappointed…..

Dissatisfied with the service provided. Approached them as they had 4.3 google rating and they are near to my house. We are facing termite infection in and around building. One sales person came for site visit and quoted 7 INR per sqft and we agreed to do termite control and a complementary pest control service. He promised to send a professional team to do all the work including the painting work after drilling holes on the bricks and the wall. Next day 2 guys came for the service, they were very much unprofessional and the work done wasn't effective at all. We are still facing the termite infection as you can see in the pictures. The painting job was not done properly as the sales person promised. I have paid all the service charge even without getting an invoice. I thought and a had a strong belief that the service would be effective. You can see painting works as in the picture, it affects the total beuty of the building. Don't fall for the sales persons words. Always pay the amount after verifying everything.

We called them mainly for dealing with lizards. In terms of service, we didn't have any issue, they did respond promptly whenever we called them and they sent their staffs to our home on time for free service. Issue was with their product which didn't really help in keeping the lizards away even next day after chemical was sprayed. From the beginning they said they wont use harmful chemicals and they kept on using some sprays which was of no use. We informed them and they said they will try with some harmful spray and for that we would need to stay away from home for 24 hours up to which effect would be there. We agreed for that and it was done. We saw lizards back in our home the very next day itself. I took photo of it and sent it to owner for which he said he will try once again with same chemical. I said its not required and asked him to refund at least half of the amount since their staff also came many times to our home to no avail. Initially owner agreed for it and every time we called him, he responded back saying he will pay the amount. But till now (close to 6 months) we haven't got any refund at the same time purpose of this isn't met and we have wasted 4000/-. Those who have individual house and if lizard is the main problem, then please don't go with this company as they don't have any product which can control it. Its complete waste of money. Even if you go with any other company crosscheck thoroughly by trying it 1 or 2 times to see if it would help in keeping lizards away and then go for one year service etc.
