Called thrice in a week Everytime I patiently gave the address and number and the issue. No one ever called or followed up. And, the answer was always, wait for 24 hours at least. Customer care also never seemed to understand the issue. They don't seem knowledgeable. We have already sought service from another company. I do not recommend this company at all.
