Extremely Unprofessional and Unreliable!! Invoice No.- PSH/24-25/0104 We were promised 2 years of pest control service when we signed up and made the full payment in advance. The 1st service was done. After that whenever we reached out for the 2nd service they started giving vague replies and later stopped answering our calls. When we messaged them on Whatsapp, they kept asking us to "allow some time" but days turned into weeks and no one showed up. I had a terrible experience with this pest control company. It's extremely disappointing and feels like a scam. I would request other people who have also been a victim of their fraud to come together and file a police complaint against them. This company has duped people in lakhs. Let us take charge and expose their fradulent scheme.

False Promises, No Support After First Visit! We were promised 2 years of pest control service when we first signed up and made the full payment. Based on their assurance, we trusted them and paid the full amount upfront. The first service was done — and that’s where it ended. After that, whenever we reached out for follow-up services (which were clearly part of the 2-year package), we were either ignored or given vague replies like "we’ll schedule it soon" or "we’ll call you back." Weeks and months passed, but no one showed up. They conveniently disappeared after the first visit. Multiple follow-ups were completely ignored. No technician, no resolution, and definitely no customer care. It’s extremely frustrating, especially because the service was supposed to cover multiple visits over 2 years.

They were quick to take the payment but completely disappeared afterward. Despite multiple follow-ups, I received no service at all. Every time I called, they kept saying "we’ll send someone soon," but days turned into weeks with no action. It’s extremely disappointing and feels like a scam — taking money upfront and then refusing to provide the promised service. I trusted them based on their advertisements, but clearly, customer satisfaction is not a priority for them.

Rajneesh worked really hard and treated the house properly , lets see what will be the outcome, hoping for the best , but he put extra effort to treat termite issue

Seamless service. Just close your eyes and go for the pest shields. Believe me you will be amazed with their level of professionalism and highly trained staff. Superb work with great quality. I think 5 star rating is less for them as they deserve more appreciation for their work. Great guys. Highly Highly Highly recommended. They are not one of the best but they are "The BEST".

Product might be good but service is very poor. I have purchased insect killer on 8 jun. On 10 Jun I have noticed that one of the tubelight is not working. I have raised the issue with them and they said we will dispatch it in one or two days. After a week I again called up , they said sir it's already been dispatched. Since then, I have called them more than 50 times and they say same thing...it's already been dispatched. I said give me tracking no. but they are like we will get back to you. After almost a month follow up finally on 2nd July they gave me tracking no. which clearly show that item was dispatched on 2nd July only. I just want to say only one thing, if you can't give service properly then pls shut your company. Order no #1588.
