Pathetic and poor response, they say something else and do something else just read the conversation. On the call they mentioned 1100 Price. They never advised for a preparation that what a customer should keep things ready before their visit. As they must advise that all the kitchen and cupboards should be made empty. Genuinely they should pay a visit before this service. But they don’t even bother to respond on WhatsApp. On my frustration they assigned one technician, he called me for an evening time when I asked already in first communication for morning visit. They never shared and estimate or quotation, just mentioned 1100 rs. But after the treatment they turned out on 1180 + GST = 1393/- as a final price. That too would not have been a problem but the person over the call was very rude and not someone you would like to talk. He starts mentioned मेरे पास टाइम नहीं है ये सब बाते करने के लिए। Not only this , he was trying to evaluate my profession skills as asking आप क्या काम करते हैं , कब से करते हैं। Now I had to take stand. So without wasting any time I asked for an invoice and a mention of warranty of 90 days. I paid the amount as you never wish to indulge with someone who has no speaking skills. They are just poor people with lack of professional skills. I had to do all exercise of removing kitchen equipment and utensils and all food items at once as no pre advise or visit was done by Vigil. This was all horrible, I was just thinking what if I had said yes for the evening treatment by them, my entire family would have been doing this exercise entire night.

Please don't use it's service. Although they give 3 months warranty but never turned back in case u call them in 3 months inspite giving proof. They never provide invoice and not pick the calls. Cheater company !!

They don't have any proper planning to resolve problems of cockroach at home. They just use *guarantee* word without any planning. I took service of 3month guarantee free from cockroach nd I couldn't be free for a single day. Even their service guy was always in hurry and even not proper instructions to clean kichen and all. And their owner also doesn't have sense to talk with customers. Strongly suggest, not to take their service.

We opted for ‘Termite Treatment Gold with 2 years warranty’ for our property in Noida. Inspection was done prior to the treatment. Treatment was wholesome with no hurry on the clock. Initial impression is great, hope the treatment lasts as promised. Keep up the good work @Pest-Vigil.

As they mentioned, quality and all about their services, I didn't find anything in them. No idea to fix the problems of cockroaches at home kitchen. Which chemical they use, is just like normal detergent which is not able to kill cockroaches. After 3 services, problems are still same. After their paste control, only 3-4 cockroaches died. Strongly adviced, not to take their service. Thumb down,

fast & effective service, it’s been a month now and I don’t have a rodent and roaches problem at my office anymore. Got all this done just by placing request on call, easy transactions
