I took their service for termite treatment. The service person cleaned up after the service to the best of his ability, which I am very grateful for, since termite treatment involves drilling holes in the walls. The manager came to inspect at the end of the service.

Best Pest control service provider. Great work done by the person. And also they ask after your work done properly. And also greatest satisfaction after paying such a budgeted price. I have done anti bug control and my whole family got relief in the first attempt of the service. They provide 4 terms in each services. But fruitful results came out in 1st term. Thanks to the whole team workers.

I took the service from here for bed bugs, I was very happy with their first service and thought I didn't waste my money, the work will be done, but unfortunately I was wrong, as much as they listened to my problems at the time of taking the money, they forgot about them as quickly as they took the money, First of all, they don't know what customer service is? They think we do a Monday to Saturday office job and put Sunday in their name, their EMPLOYEE says 11am and can come at 5pm and their boss doesn't know why they are late, (so much unprofessional) After the 2nd service, their EMPLOYEE will start telling you that if you give them a review, they will get the commission, and if possible, they will stand by and collect your review. Right after that they start you do it on weekdays. Sunday is very busy, where the time to make the contract is clearly stated. Taking this service without Sunday is like next to impossible because the remaining 6 days are office. Well then, your small work comes with only 4 services, in fact, the big work comes and your work is not being done, but when they took the money from me, they made me understand that I was their most priority AND premium customer. I never recommend to anyone. I must say they are very good sales person but not a good human, they have internally communication problems and i suffered for that reason Lastly it's your money and time, Think twice.
