I hired these movers on 31 Dec and it was a nightmare. Not only did they lose a ton of our stuff, but it looks like their labourers straight up stole from us . Major items are missing, and we’re left with a huge loss. Zero professionalism, zero care. Don’t trust them with your belongings. Huge regret on choosing them ‍♂️. Don’t make the same mistake!

We contacted this company based on the reviews we read online for packing & moving of my households from Thane to Mangalore and our initial experience was great. Their true face showed up only after loading as the driver was very unprofessional and so was the sales person who first was acting very professional & were demanding full payment. I raised the same to thier office as it was very clear once paid they won't even pick up my phone and after  lot of discussion & assurance from Mr Shivam - i agreed to hold back only 5k out of 60k... As expected, my items were shifted in Hubli to a truck which was already loaded with non household items. Were as i opted & was charged for single truck door to door delivery to ensure my household items are safe... many of my households were completely damaged due go this mishandling done at Hubli and the company was not even bothered... Their offloading team never showed up and finally the driver along with couple of helpers offloaded the truck as the driver was getting late to his next delivery. Simple learning is that do not pay them upfront. This company is unprofessional. Once you pay them full or close to full as i did, you are on your own. Sharing pictures of my damaged goods.

have recently moved my luggage from thane to hyderabad, these people have completely messed my things. not a thing is without damage. the damage costs me around 5,000 to 6,000. i request everyone to stay away from this pathetic service. i have opted for these people following the reviews, now i doubt the reviews too. worst service. in response to the comment i have uploaded the invoice. When i had a call with the pioneer person he was trying to explain me that the damage tends to happen while moving luggage. The damage was not a small one to think that small things like this happen while shifting. I am not sure why i had to pay hefty amount to packers and movers, when they cant shift my luggage without damage.

They did very great job in shifting things to us. They didn't disturbed or bothered us. All the things are taken care properly by them without any damages. They are really good and polite.
