I had an excellent experience with Pioneer Packers and Movers Bangalore! From the moment I contacted them their customer service was top-notch. The team was punctual, professional, and handled my belongings with great care. They made the entire moving process smooth and stress-free, from packing to unloading. Pathetic service, one should think twice before booking them. The packers who come to your house would assure that everything would be transported in best manner and without informing you would take decisions such as leaving your planters(7 big pots) in my case. The representive said that the planters broke on the way but when enquired further, got to know that they never left the warehouse in first place. Expensive items were left to rot in water logged areas for days. Insurance is scam, they take the money but don't provide any help.They ask to first do the repair through urban company and later won't give you anything. When you keep asking you get answer that voucher is being raised. Almost 100 days are over but voucher is still in process. The staff is either in X city or vacation. Sometimes someone dies, or is hospitalised and whatnot. I have given up on them attaching some screenshots of how they execute their work.
