A big mistake choosing for well working working machine for a general service. First of they do not have price transparency, will have to pay whatever the technician say and it directly goes to technician account. My fully automatic washing machine was working well, I only requested for cleaning. Don't know what he did, it's stopped working, only beeping. Second day he came and made automatic machine to direct connection then only water continously going whatever the capacity you set and no option of washing at all. I was end spoiling a well working washing machine. 1. 499 for general service 2. 650 asked for connecting direct cables and spoiling my washing machine 3. He will replace the board maybe with cost of washing machine. A big mistake I ever made.

Amazing Experience. Booked online in a minute and service person Ravi came. Showed what was wrong and what needs to be done. Explained all the alternatives and gave best pricing too. Cleaned all the filter side and even the water portion. Would definitely recommend!

Total waste of money. Cheating at the highest level. We had issue with water leakage in washing machine and the technician visited and replaced motor foe which we paid ₹4900. Post changing the motor, we came to know that spinning and drying was not working. While we called back the technician, he came after several followups, removed and reassembled the washing machine. To our surprise, washing machine has gone back to the root problem if water leakage just after 1 wash. We have been followup with the technician from past 1 week and still waiting for him to visit and rectify the same. I had also complained to local ramu, who is also not bothered to close the complaint. My sincere suggestion to others is not to book any service through localramu and get cheated on hard earned money. Also requesting goofgle team if localramu cam be removed from google search

Not a Trust Worthy Peopel, Think twice before calling them. No GST Bill provided, some fake bill given. I serviced "Microtek Heritage Gold small UPS", no estimation provided, at the end charged me Rs.1550 which is unfare (new UPS costs Rs. 2400 in FlipKart.) Its a kind of organised cheating Platform. I Suggest go to near by local Technicians or Neighbouring Shops.

Local Ramu is a very local app pls don’t use app worst behaviours from technicians they will loot without doing the wrk I booked him for tap change n commod but he attached new tap and removed commod

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the AC service I booked. A technician visited two days after the booking and charged ₹5000 for repairs that supposedly took less than an hour. However, the AC stopped working as soon as I returned home. Despite my immediate call and the technician's promise to return the next day, a month has passed without any resolution. I have been repeatedly told that someone would come "today" or "tomorrow," which has resulted in a significant waste of my time. Furthermore, my complaint to the support team has not led to any action or accountability. I am deeply disappointed with the lack of service and follow-through. Today, Ravi from Skanda Aqua pure visites my home for our Kent filters replacement. He had a good behaviour with customer and well trained. Overall skanda service is good and i will suggest take service from them.
