My experience with R&R Services Bhubaneswar has been an absolute nightmare. The level of unprofessionalism I faced is beyond anything I’ve ever encountered. Alok Chandra, the person supposedly responsible for handling my tenancy, has shown zero accountability. He repeatedly ignored my calls, refused to respond to messages, and behaved as if tenant concerns simply do not matter. His complete lack of basic courtesy or responsibility is unbelievable for someone representing a service company. To make matters worse, he failed to return the property keys on time, left the premises in a damaged condition, and caused unnecessary stress and financial burden due to his negligence. On top of that, my pending dues still haven’t been paid, and there has been no explanation, no urgency, and no attempt to fix the mess caused. The entire experience has been disturbing, unprofessional, and extremely unfair. With behaviour this irresponsible and careless, I cannot trust this company with anything. If you’re considering R&R Services Bhubaneswar, save yourself the trouble. Their service is pathetic, unreliable, and completely disrespectful to tenants. I would never recommend them to anyone.
