Overpriced and Unprofessional Service They charged ₹1500 (only service charge) for just 1 hr of plumbing work (spare parts and other payments are extra), which felt extremely overpriced. There was no clear plan, and they made four separate visits to the electrical shop, wasting time and showing a lack of preparation. The actual work took less than an hour, yet the charges were high and unjustified. On top of that, the quality of work was poor; it looked more like a patch job than a proper fix. Overall, very disappointing and unprofessional. -- Thank you for your response. Work was completed on May 22. Later, I finished the task with a hired urban company. Deepak Raj, a plumber, came to visit for work. If you want proof, I am happy to disclose the payment information and all.

One of the worst service from this electrical plumbing guys... they dont come for 2 days even after calling them 20 times. that too working with fault in their work. Please book urban company instead.

pl avoid this place. i lodged complaint of my pump motor by visiting their shop. promised same day visit, but no one turned up till next day so visited again and shocked to see my number is at top and 50 more calls booked within 24hrs. this guy is having one or two team and 50 calls in a day is too much for this shop to handle. realized i never going too get any responce even though again i booked a fresh call on second day. as expected they never called me and i lost hope of any service from this guys. found someone nearby and solved my issue.
