First of all, extremely overpriced for the kind of work delivered. The technician was anything but professional — broke one pair of screws and nuts that came with the geyser, and then hung the unit using just a jugaad. No equipment for checking the existing pipeline positions. I would strongly advise getting someone else if you want your appliance installed safely. Edit: After posting the review, I received a post-installation call from the owner — apparently the "agreed" installation price was ₹500, not ₹600. If the job had been done properly the first time, why would there even be a need for post-installation checks? It’s ridiculous that I now have to call the technician again to fix issues that should never have existed in the first place. A simple geyser installation shouldn’t turn into a two-visit headache. Completely avoidable if they worked with basic professionalism.
