Thank you for your reply, but this explanation is unacceptable and keep your apologies aside and accept your unprofessional bussiness attitude. The product was dispatched through the transport arranged by your shop, not by me. As a customer, I trusted your recommendation and paid for the goods in full. A responsible dealer should ensure the product is safely packed and reaches the buyer without damage. Blaming a third party and refusing to take ownership after delivery shows poor customer service and lack of accountability. I stand by my experience — your handling of this issue caused me a loss of around ₹30,000, and the way it was addressed was unprofessional. I’m sharing this so that other customers are aware and can make informed decisions before dealing with this shop.

I had a very disappointing experience with Ashwin Sales Corporation (Kohler Authorized Dealer). During transportation, some of my items were misplaced and I didn’t receive proper updates or support. The staff seemed too busy to listen to customer concerns, and communication was very poor throughout. Overall, it was a frustrating and unprofessional experience — I expected much better service from an authorized Koher and Astral dealer.
