2 nos gas geysers repaired on 18.9.21 at evening out of which one is burned on first use on 19.9.21 morning in other the gas is leaking. On 19th the technician Mr. Panday took away the burned geysers for repair but not yet returned inspite of reapated request on mobile. Other one is still unserviceable. Total amount paid for repair is Rs. 2000/-. No receipt is given for equipment taken for repair as the didn't maintain such documentation.

Such a pathetic services, you keep calling and they will say your voice is not clear and we will call you back but they never call you back. I kept calling them 4 times and somehow able to speak regarding a complaint of fridge service they did 4 months back, they just asked me my mobile number noted down the number and said you will receive the message. And they don't bother to ask what issue I am facing and why called nothing they asked. Just a waste of time to call them. Will never recommend them to anyone.

As per the given request No.RK20073223 on 25th july and servicing done of the washing machine on repeated visit .....not able to repair the machine after the desired payment received. As after the maint. the have suggested to run after 24 hours but it doesn't work ......... kindly Make your visit to repair the machine , as nobody is giving reply of my call. And please call before coming. As today is 17th AUG .STILL NO BODY IS GIVING THE REPLY OF MY CALL..................................Is there any one to gave the reply of above case as I have spend money for the repairing and not get the result of the repairing of the machine for work out for the single day............Is this the way to treat customers and do your JOB . kindly make the call .... waiting for the reply.

Service was overcharged. Installation was added with charges on additional minute services which should have been included in installation only. Installation was good but the overcharging was on bitter side so overall experience will be considered bad.

Technician is very unprofessional. Not happy with services, even I call service provider but they don't take any action, infact not resolved my problem. Super bad service , even dont deserve 1 star. Never recommend any one to use there service

Hi Friends, They r rude and unprofessional. Fridge dge main gas bharne aur repair ke nkaaam p e 2600/- liye air 15 October ok Fridge Dobara Karan ho gaya. Now they r saying that compressor ik kharab hai.they r very bad.

Requested for auqaguad R.o. service. One person came and do the service but the waste water pipe do not know where attached, water is flowing continuously from wasting pipe. Called via telephone 2 times that please send again that person to fix it.but still not resolved my issue.
