Service very bad. Not Doing timely only ask payment First

Please don't call them for service... Your appliances will be damaged.... You have to buy new appliance... Particularly if someone named raju tewari comes to your home, then for your good - I am advising you to send him back and dnt pay him... He will take charges and will not come back for repair... This company has kept such employees.... This is a genuine review... And for others help i have posted this... Rest is your wish...

The entire idea of providing such services in a city like Kanpur is fascinating. You guys have really done an amazing job. Services provided by you so far were par excellent. I wish you all the best in your endeavors and looking forward to services in future.

I expected them to be more professional as compared to other service providers in Kanpur but they proved me wrong. Set up an appointment for today but nobody showed up or informed us of the cancellation. Their phone has been unavailable for hours. Please don’t waste your time with servicewaala.

Worst service ever.. their workers come at my home for AC serving and they take swing plate (one part) with themselves without my knowledge and when I recognised , I call him and he agreed to come tomorrow nd I also told about how they take with themselves then then told by mistakes , and i continuously take follow up calls more then 15 days but they are not answering and then 1 day they answer and told that part was missed from his side and till now no one come to fix that part .. poor service , I too recommend nobody please go for their service and please be aware these types of fraud .. and I I have video recording for reference that they were come to service my ac …
