The plumber is dishonest. He took money for completing both the tank work and drilling, but only the tank work was done. He said he would do the drilling tomorrow, claiming the drill machine was not with him. Moreover, the tank work he completed is not done properly — it is leaking. He is telling a lie that he had not done this work. I have called him too many times, but he didn't responded.
