I regret to say that a team member by name Manju assured of spot visit two times to discuss on my service requirements never kept up his words nor had the courtesy to call back. I remark that they have neither credibility or commitment.

You can call this the height of unprofessionalism and irresponsibility. I contacted these cleaners last Saturday, and a guy named Manju answered the call. He assured me they would come at 1:30 PM, so I made sure to be at home on time, even skipping my lunch to wait for them. When I called around 1:45 PM to check on their status, Manju claimed to be on his way. However, after 2:30 PM, he stopped answering my calls altogether. I tried calling him the whole day and next day also. He didnt receive my calls., neither had the courtesy to call back.!! I don’t understand the simple fact that if they can’t make it, they should just say so and provide an accurate date and time when they can. This is the epitome of unprofessionalism!

I contacted and booked for service today the person name called Asha didn't receive the call we ended up waiting for 2 hrs no response. They don't keep your promise look for others

This is one of the worst cleaning services that you can ever find on earth! Guys, are you even real or this page is a scam? I have gone for your service after reading so much of reviews. You guys don't even bother to pick a call after we have booked a service with you. You so carelessly handover the job to some faulty contract people and they don't even care to attend. I want to reduce the rating to -1 if I had a choice. Highly unprofessional and hugely disappointed!

Good cleaning service done and the problem was solved immediately. They also arrived on time. I thank Manju and team for their fast response.
