Unfortunately i am facing terrible experience with their service, Honestly on seeing all the google reviews and website i thought this is a good one to fix my issue, I was chasing them for 20+days, they commit will come and visit the house, i literally ignored many other engineers by trusting them, unfortunately they didn't turnback at all...I followed up from outside country via watsapp, called and spoke multiple times finally gave up, really unprofessional, i am not sure in our country if google reviews are really worth? Totally Disappointed.... Update: As per your request, yes i am posting the complete conversation from day 1 with proper data , i am a pro data guy My intention is not to break your business, i just want my work to be done in a professional way, i just trusted your professionalism since you created proper business profile/website and showcased your work in very professional terms which i liked and trusted, due to that i followed up from dec 20 to jan 7 (which is 17 days). I can remove this comments if i am wrong or if you respond via watsapp/call in a professional way Dec 20: I initiated call, informed the issue which i am facing, your response was dec 24 we will be at your location, i even told my urgency since i am travelling abroad Dec 23: You asked location and i shared Dec 24: We waited for you guys, for whole day leaving our work, when we called, you told still at chennai - question if its the case you could have told us previous day itself(1st attempt failure) Dec 27: 2nd followup- I messaged you after moving out of country, and requested you to visit by dec 29 and you confirmed back with ok message Dec 29: 3rd followup- I believed you would have visited but still didn’t show up(2nd attempt failure) Dec 31: I messaged you once again , you told we have man power shortage issue - I was convinced and its understandable Jan 4: I messaged u once again and requested to contact my sister or sister husband(machan) before you visit since previously both days they waited n wasted their work Jan 5: I believed you would have spoken on jan 4 itself and arranged feasible time for visit, but you called them and told will come in a hour, everyone have their own work, similar to your work they went to their work(but i appreciate, you tried to visit, but if u have confirmed one day before it would have worked out) Jan 6: Last time I followed up, u confirmed jan 7 Wednesday 1pm you will visit Jan 7: My sister and Machan tried contacting you but no response, i messaged you and ringed you still no one picked or responded back to my call Now please tell who is more professional??? People who wasted their time by trusting you for 3 days or u made 1 simple attempt to visit or schedule??
