The price and collection are fine; however, they lack standard procedures. I had a replacement and contacted the shop on February 6th. They informed me it would take 10 days and noted my mobile number. Yet, after 10 days, they called me back only to ask what my inquiry was about—electric, plumbing, or bath—which is completely unacceptable. Despite reaching out multiple times, I received no proper response. No matter how well-maintained the store is or how good the collection may be, in the end, service is what truly matters. Even after 15 days, I still have no updates, and it seems I may need to escalate this issue.
