Do not call these people. They have zero respect for the client. I contacted them a week ago for plumbing work at my home, and they said they would send someone to check. There has been no follow-up and no visit even after a full week. Extremely poor and pathetic customer service. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.

Ajith was quick to identify the issue and got it resolved pretty quickly. He also helped me in reviewing and rectifying a few other issues outside the scope of the defined work. Keep the momentum going!
